Trunk lid power locking unit, location The trunk lid power locking unit (1) is located in the rear center section.  
Trunk lid power locking unit, purpose Completely and reliably closing the trunk lid  
Trunk lid power locking unit, design The trunk lid power locking (1) consists of a pivotable striker eye (3), the drive motor (2) and the power locking switch (S88/14) for sensing the striker eye position.
