Task
To shut off A/C compressor so as to improve acceleration from rest.
Function
The TAC pushbutton control module (N19/1) or the AAC [KLA] pushbutton control module (N22) receives a signal from the IFI [ERE] control module (N3/7) telling the A/C compressor to switch on or off depending on load and engine speed.
A/C compressor off:
At engine load >90% AND engine speed <1050 rpm
A/C compressor on:
At engine load <90% OR engine speed >2500 rpm
