Monitor Scan Tool Data

- Ignition "OFF", connect scan tool.
- Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF", select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)" mode.
- Monitor diagnostic trouble code and present of trouble code.
- Using a scan tool, clear the DTC.
- Is DTC present problem?
YES
- Go to W/ HARNESS INSPECTION procedure.
NO
- Displaying nothing (no DTC) or DTC with label "H" (historical) shows that Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the part's and/or WCS connector or was repaired and WCS memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
- Repair or replace as necessary and then go to VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR procedure and Go to WCS RESET procedure.
