DTC P0606: Control Module Processor

DTC P0606: CONTROL MODULE PROCESSOR

Description:  This DTC indicates a register readback Powertrain Control Module (PCM) internal communications error.
Possible Causes: 
  • Battery or PCM previously disconnected
  • Battery cables loose or intermittent connections
  • Battery discharged
  • Internal PCM concern
  • Engine oil temperature (EOT) sensor connector intermittent connection
Diagnostic Aids:  This DTC may be set due to an intermittent EOT sensor connector connection.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST Z .
