Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling
    2. Fig 1: Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace, Bolts And Retainer Clip

  2. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt (1) - Remove (Qty: 2)
  3. Retainer Clip (2) - Disengage
  4. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace (3) - Remove

  5. High Voltage Battery Pack Positive Cable Connector (2) - Disconnect
  6. Starter Generator High Voltage Cable Connector (3) - Disconnect
  7. Electrical Connector (4) - Disconnect
  8. Ground Terminal Fastener (1) - Remove

  9. Fuse Block Cover (1) - Remove
  10. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Nut (2) - Remove
  11. Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block Nut (3) - Remove
  12. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (4) - Remove
