Circuit/System Verification

Verify DTC P0562 is not set.
- If DTC is set
  Refer to DTC B1325, B1330, B1424, B1425, B1439, B1517, C0800, P0560-P0563, P1002, P129B, P129C, P15AE, P15AF, P1A0C, P1A0D, P17B0-P17B2, P17DD-P17DF, P1E19, or P1E1A .
- Go to next step: If the DTC does not set

NOTE:

Ensure the DTC is set within the Hybrid/EV powertrain control module 1 or drive motor control modules. Refer to Diagnostic Aids.

Verify DTC P0601-P0604, P0606, P061B, P062F is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
1. Verify the K59 Starter/Generator Control Module has the latest calibration in Calibration Information.
  - If the K59 Starter/Generator Control Module does not have the latest calibration
  1. Program the control module: K59 Starter/Generator Control Module.
  2. Verify the DTC does not set.
    - If the DTC sets, Replace the component: K59 Starter/Generator Control Module
    - If the DTC does not set
  3. All OK.
  - If the K59 Starter/Generator Control Module has the latest calibration
2. Replace the component: K59 Starter/Generator Control Module.
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
All OK.
