Preliminary Procedure Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse) .
1	Liftgate Applique Nuts (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Liftgate Center Applique Procedure Disconnect and release the electrical harness grommet from the liftgate outer panel. With a trim-type release tool release the 2 retainers. Remove the liftgate applique. Transfer parts as necessary.

Liftgate Center Applique

Procedure

Disconnect and release the electrical harness grommet from the liftgate outer panel.
With a trim-type release tool release the 2 retainers.
Remove the liftgate applique.
Transfer parts as necessary.
