Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) storage compartment. Refer to Storage Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

  4. Disconnect the passenger air bag yellow electrical connector.
  5. Remove the passenger air bag module by removing the mounting bolts from the air bag bracket.
