Checking Wiring

• Ignition off
• Connect the breakout box.

  Check the wiring between the body sensor cluster stability sensor (BSC) connector

  • terminal #1 and brake control module (BCM) terminal #25 (#A25)
  • terminal #2 and brake control module (BCM) terminal #29 (#A29)
  • terminal #3 and brake control module (BCM) terminal #7 (#A7)
  • terminal #5 and brake control module (BCM) terminal #5 (#A5).

  Check for an open-circuit or short-circuit to ground and for a short-circuit to each other.

  Also check that the body sensor cluster stability sensor (BSC) is correctly installed and that the bracket is secured.

  Remedy as necessary.

Were there any faults in the wiring or in the installation of the body sensor cluster stability sensor (BSC)? 

• YES 

  Refer to VERIFICATION 

• NO 

  Refer to CHECKING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)
