DESCRIPTION

A software package has been developed to improve several functions on the MY 2008 vehicles listed above. The table below describes the function changes/enhancements included in the SW package.

DDM: Driver Door Module

LSM: Light Switch Module

PDM: Passenger Door Module

POT: Power Operated Tailgate

SCU: Start Control Unit

If the vehicle is within the Model Year and chassis limitations above and there is a documented customer complaint referencing one or more of the above symptoms, perform the following SW upgrade.

NOTE: The front and rear windows must be initialized after performing this SWDL. This procedure can found under the diagnostics tab/ vehicle communication /DDM/PDM / advanced/ initialization of window.

If you receive a message during the SW ordering procedure stating "HW already contains the latest SW" no further action is necessary
