A/C Compressor Clutch Control

A/C compressor electromagnetic clutch is activated by engine management system. ECC control module requests activation using an A/C selected signal to engine management system via low-pressure switch (pressostat). Engine management system determines when compressor should run based on this signal, engine temperature signal, accelerator position and pressure signal from pressure sensor. Low temperature switch determines when compressor is on and off.
