DTC 411: Control Module EEPROM Memory Fault

  1. Turn ignition off. Wait about 2 minutes. Turn ignition on. Carefully pry off driving mode selector from panel on center console. Disconnect driving mode selector to simulate a fault that would set a DTC. Wait about 45 seconds, then connect and reinstall driving mode selector. Go to next step.
  2. Ensure ignition is off. Wait about 2 minutes. Turn ignition on. If DTC 114 is set, system is okay. If DTC 114 is not set, replace TCM.
