Code 2-1-2

Code 2-1-2 is stored if there is short circuit to ground or voltage in circuit to vacuum pump and regulator. Fault may also be in control unit. If a Code 2-1-2 fault code is present, test vacuum system before a road test. See VACUUM SYSTEM CHECK . If trouble code remains, replace control unit. See Figure.
