Transmission, Transporting: Notes

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Always secure heavy parts when transporting them.

Remember there is oil in the transmission. Do not turn the transmission with the vents facing downward when transporting or when it is on the assembly stand. The oil will leak out.

NOTE:

Remove the vent cap if necessary and use an oil tight plug.
