Front End Upper Tie Bar Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  No

Removal Procedure: 

1. Remove Front Bumper Fascia Upper Mounting Plate. Refer to FRONT BUMPER FASCIA UPPER MOUNTING PLATE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
2. Remove Front Side Upper Tie Bar. Refer to FRONT SIDE UPPER TIE BAR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

3. Remove 4 bolts (1).

   Torque: 15.3 Nm 

4. Remove bolt (2).

   Torque: 5 Nm

5. Remove the Front-End Upper Tie Bar (1) in the direction of the arrow.

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following

   All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 

2. Install Front Side Upper Tie Bar. Refer to FRONT SIDE UPPER TIE BAR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT 
3. Install Front Bumper Fascia Upper Mounting Plate. Refer to FRONT BUMPER FASCIA UPPER MOUNTING PLATE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
