Front Seat Back Trim Panel Removal And Installation/Replacement

Removal Procedure: 

The procedure for the left-hand component is identical to that for the right-hand side. 

1. Move the seat all the way up and forward.

2. Lever out both latches (2) with a screwdriver and loosen the front seat back trim panel (1) in the lower part of the backrest frame.

3. Press the front seat back trim panel (1) on the left side in arrow direction against the seat cushion and loosen both inner latches (2) from the backrest frame.

4. Press the front seat back trim panel (1) on the right side in arrow direction against the seat cushion and loosen both inner latches (2) from the backrest frame.

5. Unhook the front seat back trim panel (1) at the top and remove it.

Installation note: Check latches (1) for damage and replace front seat back trim panel if needed. 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure.
