How To Proceed With Troubleshooting [11/2021 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK PRE-INSPECTION
- Ask the customer when and how the trouble occurred using the Check List for Interview.
- Before performing diagnostics, check the following items which might affect AT problems.
- General inspection
- Check the battery.
Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [11/2021 - ]
- Make sure that the ground terminal bolt is tightened securely.
- Make sure there is no noise, dragging or contact pattern in each select lever range.WARNING:
Stop the engine while checking operation of the select lever.
- Check the battery.
- Disconnection of harness connector
- Visual check for harness damage
- Oil leakage
- Stall test

- Line pressure test
Refer to HYDRAULIC TEST [11/2021 - ]
- Time lag test

- ROAD TEST
Refer to ROAD TEST [11/2021 - ]
- Park/neutral position switch assembly

- Inspect using Problem Symptoms Table.
- PERFORM DIAGNOSIS
- Inspect by referring to Diagnostic Trouble Code Chart.
- Repair or replace the cause of trouble.
- Using the GTS, clear the DTC.

- Execute the inspection mode.
- Perform All Readiness and confirm that the diagnosis is completed.

Tester Display All Readiness - Read the DTC.
