Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE OIL FILLER CAP ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE OIL PAN DRAIN PLUG 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. INSTALL OIL PAN DRAIN PLUG 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  4. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD 

    Refer to REMOVAL [07/2020 - ]

  5. REMOVE SERVO MOTOR 
    1. Unlock and disconnect connector (1).

    2. Loosen T30 bolts (1).

    3. Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench (2), turn the drive shaft of the servo motor (1) in the direction of the arrow.

    4. Make sure that the drive shaft of the servo motor is turned to the end stop of the eccentric shaft at a maximum.
    5. Remove servo motor (1).
