Inspection [11/2015 - 06/2017]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT PRE-COLLISION CITY BUZZER 
    1. Make sure that there is no looseness in the locking part and connecting part of the connector.

      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Pre-collision City Buzzer)
    2. Disconnect the pre-collision city buzzer connector.
    3. Check the connector and terminals for deformation and corrosion.

      OK

      No deformation or corrosion.

    4. Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1, and a negative (-) lead to terminal 2 of the pre-collision city buzzer, and check that the buzzer sounds.

      OK

      The pre-collision city buzzer sounds.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the pre-collision city buzzer.
