Accelerator Pedal: Removal: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal rod assembly connector.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts, then remove the accelerator pedal rod assembly.
      NOTE:

      This accelerator pedal rod assembly does not require lubrication. Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal rod assembly. If applied, the accelerator pedal rod assembly must be replaced.
