DTC B2311: Power Window Motor Malfunction: Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (DRIVER DOOR WINDOW MOTOR)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / D-Door Motor / Active Test.
- Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.WARNING:
Be careful to avoid injuries as this test causes vehicle parts to move. During the Active Test, the jam protection function will not operate.

Driver door power window motor operates.

OK: Go to next step
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION (DRIVER DOOR WINDOW)
- Initialize the power window regulator motor assembly LH (for driver door). Refer to INITIALIZATION .
NEXT: Go to next step
- CHECK POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM (DRIVER DOOR WINDOW)
- Check that the driver door power window operates normally by opening and closing the window. Refer to OPERATION CHECK

- CHECK WHETHER PARTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY
- Check that the power window components are installed correctly.

NG → INSTALL PARTS CORRECTLY
OK: Go to next step
- Check that the power window components are installed correctly.
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Wait for at least 10 seconds, and then turn the ignition switch to ON (IG).
- Check for DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR

B2311 output does not recur.
