INSPECT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

Check the resistance.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance

12 (D) - 15 (B)	Always (ON / OFF)	DOWN MANUAL	10 kΩ or higher

12 (D) - 15 (B)	Always (ON / OFF)	DOWN AUTO	10 kΩ or higher
7 (E) - 10 (U)	Always (ON / OFF)	DOWN AUTO	Below 1 Ω

If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator master switch assembly.

If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator master switch assembly.

Check the illumination operation.

Apply battery voltage to the power window regulator master switch and check that the illumination comes on.

Standard

Measurement Condition	Specified Condition
Battery positive (+) → Terminal 15 (B) Battery negative (-) → Terminal 7 (E)	Illumination comes on

If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator master switch assembly.
