Headlight Assembly: Reassembly: Reassembly

INSTALL COVER RING (for LED Headlight)
1. Turn the cover ring in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET (for LED Headlight)
1. Install a new headlight gasket.
INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LED Headlight)
1. Connect the connector.

2. Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with the 4 screws.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT CORD (for Halogen Headlight)
1. Engage the 2 clamps and install the headlight cord.

INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)
1. Install the clearance light bulb to the headlight cord.
2. Turn the headlight cord with the clearance light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and connect them as a unit.

INSTALL FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)
1. Install the front side marker light bulb to the front side marker light socket.
2. Turn the front side marker light socket with the front side marker light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and install them as a unit.

INSTALL FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB (for LED Headlight)
1. Install the front side marker light bulb to the socket.
2. Turn the socket with the front side marker light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and connect them as a unit.

INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)
1. Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.

  NOTE:
  - Do not touch the bulb glass.
  - Correctly align the 3 tabs on the bulb when installing it to the headlight assembly.
INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB
1. Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install it.

  NOTE:
  Do not touch the bulb glass.
