DTC B2311: Back Door Power Window ECU Inner Motor Failure: Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW)
- Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that the back door power window regulator motor operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST

OK: Go to next step
- Select the Active Test, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that the back door power window regulator motor operates. Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST

- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Initialize the back door power window regulator motor assembly. Refer to INITIALIZATION .
- Check that the back door power window operates normally by opening and closing the window. Refer to OPERATION CHECK

- CHECK WHETHER PARTS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED CORRECTLY
- Check that the power window components are installed correctly.

HINT:
If the power window components are installed correctly, the problem has been caused by battery disconnection while the ignition switch was ON, or the motor being overheated.

- Check that the power window components are installed correctly.
- REPLACE BACK DOOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL
