COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH (for 1ZZ-FE): Removal

DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (See REPLACEMENT )
DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant suction hose No. 1 from the compressor and magnetic clutch.
2. Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant suction hose No. 1.
  NOTE: Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the compressor and magnetic clutch.
2. Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.
  NOTE: Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the 3 bolts and compressor and magnetic clutch.
