Inspection Procedure

- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (DLC3 - SKID CONTROL ECU)
- Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
- Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in SPECIFIED CONDITION .
Standard:

- NG: REPAIR WIRE HARNESS
- OK: Go to Next Step.
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (CG OF DLC3 - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in SPECIFIED CONDITION .
Standard:
SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition D3-4 (CG) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω Courtesy of © TOYOTA, LICENSE AGREEMENT TMS1002
- NG: REPAIR WIRE HARNESS
- OK: Go to Next Step.
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (TC OF SKID CONTROL ECU - BODY GROUND)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in SPECIFIED CONDITION

Standard:

- NG: REPAIR WIRE HARNESS AND EACH ECU
- OK: REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY (SEE REPLACEMENT )
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in SPECIFIED CONDITION
