On-Vehicle Inspection

- INSPECT COOLER CONDENSER CORE
- If the fins of the condenser assy (w/ receiver) are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.NOTE: Do not damage the fins of the cooler condenser core.
- If the fins of the condenser assy (w/ receiver) are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.
- If the fins of the condenser assy (w/ receiver) are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.
- INSPECT LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT
- Using a halogen leak detector, check the pipe joints for gas leakage.
- Check the tightening torque of the joint if gas leakage is detected in a pipe joint.
