Front Bumper

REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
1. Remove the 4 screws.
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the 4 clips and engine under cover.
REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
1. Remove the 3 screws.
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the 3 clips and engine under cover.
REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
1. Remove the screw and a part of the front fender liner LH.
HINT:

Remove the screw and the front fender liner LH within the range that the front bumper cover can be removed.

REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
1. Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.
2. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.
3. Disengage the hooks and remove the front bumper cover.
4. Disconnect the fog lamp connectors (on the fog lamp option only).

REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSY
1. Disconnect the cooler thermistor connector and wire harness clips.
2. Remove the 6 bolts and reinforcement.
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSY UPPER
1. Remove the 8 bolts, 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assy upper.
REMOVE FOG LAMP ASSY LH (See FOG LAMP ASSEMBLY
REMOVE FOG LAMP ASSY (See FOG LAMP ASSEMBLY
REMOVE COOLER (AMBIENT TEMP. SENSOR) THERMISTOR
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (Only TMC made)
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER (Only TMC made)
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH
1. Disengage the hooks and remove the front bumper hole cover.
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSY
1. Install the front bumper reinforcement with 6 bolts.
  Torque: 34 N.m (350 kgf.cm, 25 ft.lbf)
