Step 3 - Inspect Combination Meter Operation (Key Unlock Warning System)

  1. Disconnect the connector from the combination meter.
  2. Ground terminal 1 ad 10 on the wire harness side connector.
  3. Check the buzzer sounds.
  4. Disconnect the negative (-) lead from the body ground to terminal 1 or 10.
  5. Check that the buzzer stops sounding.

    If operation is not as specified, replace the combination meter.
