Inspection Procedure

Check voltage between terminals Ts and E ₁ of DLC1.
CHECK:
1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
2. Measure voltage between terminals Ts and E₁ of DLC1.
OK:
1. Voltage: 10 - 14 V

1. OK: If ABS warning light does not blink even after Ts and E ₁ are connected, the ECU may be defective.
2. NG: Go to next step .
Ignition switch OFF, and check for open and short circuit in harness and connector between ABS ECU and DLC1, DLC1 and body ground .
1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector .
2. OK: Check and replace ABS ECU .
