Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Engine Control Module (ECM) is located behind glove box and contains 5 electrical connectors. See Figure. Ensure ignition is off. Remove necessary components to access ECM. Remove ECM.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure ignition keys are registered to the ECM. See IGNITION KEY REGISTRATION  under PROGRAMMING.
