Registration Of Remote Transmitter
NOTE:
Registration procedure will end if more than 40 seconds have elapsed since door control relay is activated, driver's door is opened, ignition key is removed from lock cylinder or 4 new remote transmitters are registered at the same time.
NOTE:
If registration of a new remote transmitter is attempted and 4 are already registered, the first registered remote transmitter will be erased.
- Within 40 seconds after ADD or REWRITE mode has been selected, simultaneously depress LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on remote transmitter for 1-1.5 seconds. Release remote transmitter buttons. Depress either button and hold for more than one second.
- Within 3 seconds after transmitter button has been released, lock-unlock operation will automatically be performed once, if remote transmitter registration has been performed correctly. If lock-unlock operation is performed 2 times, the recognition of registration code failed and must be performed from the beginning. If registering additional remote transmitters, process must be started within 40 seconds of completing previous registration procedure.
