CANCEL Position

Turn cruise control main switch on. Drive vehicle to about 25 MPH or greater. Set cruise control. Check if cruise control is cancelled and normal driving mode is reset when brake pedal is depressed, clutch pedal (M/T) is depressed, A/T shifted to other positions other than Drive, cruise control main switch is turned off or cruise control switch is moved to CANCEL position. If cruise control does not cancel, see SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS  and perform appropriate test(s).
