2000 Camry

With ignition switch in OFF position, remove 5-pin harness connector 1M from rear of instrument panel junction box. See Figure. Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 5 (Blue/Black wire). See Figure. Battery voltage should exist. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/Black wire. If battery voltage exists, proceed to next test given under ALL FUNCTIONS OF KEYLESS ENTRY DO NOT WORK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
