Diagnostic Procedure

Turn ignition on. Using DVOM, check voltage between terminals Tc and E1 of DLC1 in engine compartment. If voltage is 10-14 volts, circuit is okay. If ABS warning light does not flash even after terminals are connected, malfunction may exist in ABS ECU. If voltage is not 10-14 volts, check for open or short circuit in wiring harness between ABS ECU and DLC1, or between chassis ground and DLC1. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary. If wiring harness is okay, replace ABS ECU.
