EGR Check Valve

  1. Remove EGR check valve. See Figure. Apply air pressure on Orange end of EGR check valve. Air should flow through the EGR check valve.
  2. Apply air pressure on Black end of EGR check valve. Air should not flow through the EGR check valve. Replace EGR check valve if defective.
