Throttle Body: Removal
- Drain cooling system. On non-supercharged models, remove air intake hose from throttle body.
- On supercharged models, disconnect necessary electrical connectors and hoses for removal of air cleaner cap with airflow meter. Disconnect air intake hose at throttle body. Remove air intake hose and air cleaner cap.
- On all models, disconnect control cables, air hoses, coolant hoses, vacuum hoses and electrical connectors at throttle body. Remove bolts/nuts, throttle body and gasket from air intake chamber. Remove screws, Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and gasket from throttle body (if necessary).
