DTC 13 - Rpm Signal

This code indicates that a momentary interruption of the "G" and "NE" signal from the distributor to ECM has occurred, but has returned to normal. This malfunction is usually a loose or dirty connector or terminal. For further diagnosis, refer to appropriate DTC 12 chart.
