PAIR Reed Valve

  1. Remove PAIR reed valve. See REMOVE/INSTALL/OVERHAUL article. Using vacuum pump, apply vacuum to PAIR reed valve vacuum diaphragm. Apply air pressure to PAIR reed valve. See Fig 1. Ensure valve is open and air passes through PAIR reed valve.
  2. Release vacuum from PAIR reed valve vacuum diaphragm. Apply air pressure to PAIR reed valve. See Fig 1. Ensure valve is closed and no air passes through PAIR reed valve. Replace PAIR reed valve if defective.
