Idle Speed Control (ISC) Valve (CAMRY, CRESSIDA, MR2, Supra & Van)

The ISC performs the same function as the auxiliary air valve on other vehicles. It controls airflow through the throttle body air by-pass passage to maintain a fast idle speed when engine is cold. It also provides by-pass air to maintain idle speed after engine warm-up and during air conditioner operation.
