Actions To Take After Removing Battery Or Disconnecting Ground Terminal Of Battery Sensor
When removing the battery or disconnecting the battery terminal, always be sure to turn the ignition switch to OFF and disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor first.
When removing the battery or disconnecting the battery terminal, power supply is cut off and the information stored in the computer memory is volatilized. Therefore, setting information of some devices is initialized to the factory default. The device and functions initialized by removing battery are as follows.
