DTC U0423: Invalid Data Received From Instrument Panel Cluster Control Module

DTC detecting condition:

When the following conditions are all established.

Data no-receive DTC for the monitoring target node is not currently faulty.
Fail detection counter of monitored node is not updated 32 times in a row. Or checksum error is detected 3 times in a row.
