Secondary Speed Sensor: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
CAUTION:
  • Be sure to prevent water or oil from contacting the connector terminal of secondary speed sensor. If adhesion occurs, replace with a new part.
  • After installing the secondary speed sensor, adjust the CVTF level.
  1. Connect the harness connector.
  2. Lower the vehicle.
  3. Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>SAFETY .
  4. Refill CVTF to adjust the CVTF level. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>CVTF .
