Converter Case: Assembly

  1. Install the oil drain plug.

    Tightening torque: 

    70 N.m (7.1kgf-m, 51.6ft-lb) 

  2. Install the overflow drain plug.
    NOTE: Overflow plug of differential gear oil is temporarily attached.
  3. Install all plugs.
    NOTE: Use new O-rings.

    Tightening torque: 

    T1: 22 N.m (2.2kgf-m, 16.2ft-lb) 

    T2: 22.5N.m (2.3kgf-m, 16.6ft-lb)

  4. Install the pitching stopper bracket.

    Tightening torque: 

    41 N.m (4.2kgf-m, 30.2ft-lb)
