DTC B1763 Occupant Detection Module Calibration Checksum: DTC Detecting Condition

- Malfunction is detected on vehicle delivery or at memory writing for «Rezero».
- Occupant detection control module is faulty.

Are DTCs other than DTC B1762 and B1763 displayed for the occupant detection system? | Perform the diagnosis according to DTC. < Ref. to LIST OF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) . > | Go to step 2 . |
| 2 PERFORM RE-ZEROING. Perform «Rezero». < Ref. to REZERO . > |
Did «Rezero» complete properly? | Go to step 3 . | Replace the occupant detection system (seat cushion & frame assembly). < Ref. to PASSENGER'S SEAT , DISASSEMBLY, Front Seat. > |
3 CHECK DTC.

Is DTC B1763 displayed? | Replace the occupant detection system (seat cushion & frame assembly). < Ref. to PASSENGER'S SEAT , DISASSEMBLY, Front Seat. > | When DTC other than B1762 is displayed for the occupant detection system, perform the diagnosis according to the DTC. < Ref. to LIST OF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) . > When DTC is not displayed, end the diagnosis. |
