Inspection Of Switch Unit

  1. Operate the switches to check the continuity between terminals.

      Switch position Terminal No. Specification
    Front OFF 3 and 12 Less than 1 Ω
    INT 3 and 12 Less than 1 Ω
    LO 3 and 4 Less than 1 Ω
    HI 4 and 13 Less than 1 Ω
    Washer ON 1 and 2 Less than 1 Ω
    REAR OFF 5 and 2
    5 and 6
    2 and 6
    1 MΩ or more
    ON 2 and 6 Less than 1 Ω
    INT 2 and 7 Less than 1 Ω
    Washer ON 5 and 2
    5 and 6
    2 and 6
    Less than 1 Ω
  2. Replace the switch if the inspection result is not within the standard value.
