Intake Door Motor Function Test
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove glove box and rear cover panel. Disconnect door motor wire connector. See Fig 1 . Connect battery voltage to intake door motor terminal No. 3 and terminal No. 2 to ground. Intake door should move to the fresh position. Transpose power and ground leads. Intake door should move to the recirculate position. Replace intake door motor if it does not test as specified.
