DTC B1D35-86: Hazard Switch Signal Invalid [07/2015 - ]: Procedure
- VERIFY MAIN BODY ECU DTCS AGAIN
- Clear the DTC for the main body ECU using the Techstream.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]
Body Electrical > Body Control Module > Clear DTCs
- Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 2 s or more.
- Retrieve the main body ECU DTCs using the Techstream.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]
Body Electrical > Body Control Module > Trouble Codes
- Is the same DTC displayed?

- Clear the DTC for the main body ECU using the Techstream.
- DETERMINE MALFUNCTIONING LOCATION BY PERFORMING PID/DATA MONITOR INSPECTION
- Using the Techstream, display the following PIDs for the engine stop and start ECU.

- Hazard Switch
Body Electrical > Smart Start Unit > Data List
Tester Display Hazard Switch - Does the PID monitoring value switch correctly according to the hazard warning switch operation?

- INSPECT HAZARD WARNING SWITCH
- Inspect the hazard warning switch.

- REPEAT THE INSPECTION FROM STEP 1.
- If the malfunction recurs, replace the main body ECU.
