DTC P0617: Starter Relay Circuit High: Procedure
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (STARTER SIGNAL)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / Starter Signal.
- Read the value displayed on the Techstream when the ignition switch is turned to ON and the engine is started.

- Disconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / Starter Signal.
- Read the value displayed on the Techstream when the ignition switch is turned to ON.RESULT

- INSPECT ECM (STA TERMINAL VOLTAGE)
- Disconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

- INSPECT PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH
- Disconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Disconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.
- REPLACE PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH
- Replace the park/neutral position switch. Refer to REMOVAL [05/2013 - ] .

- Inspect the ignition switch assembly. Refer to INSPECTION [05/2013 - ] - Step 1 .

- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
