Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the left back up lamp.
  2. Ignition ON, verify that a test lamp does not illuminate between the back up lamp voltage supply circuit terminal listed below and B+:
    • RPO WDA - terminal 1
    • RPO W49/Z88 - terminal 2
    • If the test lamp illuminates, test the voltage supply circuit for a short to ground.
  3. If all circuits test normal, test or replace the BCM.
